I however, don't really enjoy spending that much time out there in it. I don't like the cold. I don't like unbearable heat. I do enjoy camping but it's best in the fall. You know what's fantastic? Potatoes. Potatoes are great. They are the most perfect food. They are a vegetable even though they remain unhealthy for you. The produce wonderful foods. Like chips. Or mash potatoes. Or FRENCH FRIES! I'm sorry but they are perfect and your arguments are invalid.

Also, since this is an open forum...I have no shelf space. I have literally run out of space in my bedroom. Hell, there is no room left in my entire house. I could open my own branch of the local library! I have books on shelves IN MY CLOSETS! The shelves above my bed are going to fall and I'm going to be crushed to death in my sleep. This is a very serious problem that I am facing currently.

Ah, the thing I lack.
I am absolutely terrible at keeping track of things on a calendar. They are useless to me but I really need one for my job so I better fix that ASAP. My room constantly gets messy. I clean a lot but there is something about the floor that just attracts all my clothes. They seem to be unable to resist. I'm good at getting my work done on time but it's really a miracle because I'm not sure how I do it. Movies are on my shelf by colour. TV shows are on my shelf alphabetically. Books are on my shelves by favourite, than author, than series, than release date. Clothes are in my drawers by type/use. I have folders based on volunteer activity and I keep all writing ideas in a folder as well. Those are colour coordinated. These things just happen. It's like I have OCD but only sometimes and only for certain things. It's bizarre.

I would have telekinesis because I am super lazy. I'd never have to get up again. I used to say mind reading but I really don't want to have all that chatter in my head all the time; it's full enough in there. Plus, I don't think I should know what people are thinking about me all the time. I'm better off just being lazy and getting fat I think. 
If I couldn't have that than could I just have a super metabolism? I want to be able to eat whatever I want and never have to work out but still be thin. Sounds nice.

This is easy because I have so many. I want to live in Europe. France. For enough time to relearn French and make some friends while gaining life experience. I also want to become a published author. I'd love for that to be what I do for a living but I know there will be a lot of other jobs in my life because I'm really not that lucky. Still, I will try. Also, (which is super lame), I want to marry a guy that can put up with me and that is awesome. I feel bad for the poor sucker but also wanna thank him for being great. Yay dreams!

This isn't a very clear topic. Are we talking about awards or such we've managed to accomplish because they are very different questions. I count getting a job and finishing writing four novels as achievements. But I also got the Christian Living Award at gr. 8 graduation and that's sort of an achievement. I don't know what you people want for me. I'm counting keeping up with all these stupid lists and stuff as an achievement too. Deal with it.

Oh... that's... brave. My worst habit is probably biting my nails (lame answer) or peeling the nail polish off of my freshly painted nails. That's a head scratcher. I spend time painting my nails, and then I peel it off within like the hour. Riddle me that, would ya?

This week's topic is: Scars You Have
I have two big scars. By big I mean relevant because they actually have stories that is more than me being a big ol klutz. The first is right beside my left eye. I have this ugly little scar from a surgery I needed when I was like... three. I'm sure if I could remember it, I'd consider it to be a traumatic experience. The next one, though, that was definitely a traumatic experience. I was camping (which is traumatic in itself) and we decided to go for a bike ride (exercise definitely = trauma) and someone (I won't lie, it was probably me - I always have grand ideas, and they never ever work in my favour) decided we should bike up the little hill (it was more like a CLIFF - though this could be my memory distorting reality to make me feel better about myself). And, as all you physicists know, what goes up must come down, and apparently this rule applies to my ass too. So, we were biking down the hill and I fell. Bad. Over my bike handles. If it didn't hurt so much, it would have been hilarious. I'm sure it was quite the sight. Anyway, as a result I have this fugly circle scar on my right hand right on my wrist. That was my only battle wound from that day, believe it or not.

I have a random scar on my right index finger. I have no clue where it's from. I have like 12 chickenpox scars. Oh, I have this two inch long scar on the side of my thigh.  I was at a friend house when I was like 11 or so. My brother locked her and I in this really high tree house. After about 45 minutes locked in the stupid building, I was freaking out and had to pee and wanted to be out. So, we pushed open the window and I started to climb out. Little did I know that my brother and his friend were waiting outside on the house's deck. They didn't want to let us out so my brother shoved me back through the window. I ended up falling onto a volleyball net spike that was next to the window. I just remember bleeding all over the place and screaming for them to let us out for five minutes before they did. I went inside and bled all over the parents white bathroom. I was super pissed at my brother, as you can imagine.

I really like coffee. It's becoming unfortunate, this coffee obsession. I have spent so much money on coffee this semester. I can't imagine what my coffee budget will be next semester but it worries me greatly. I'm a Canadian coffee girl with my double double. I cannot get through a day at school without my coffee. I need a coffee IV drip. Coffee will be what gets me through finals. Coffee will also get me to school and work. Coffee is fantastic. I haven't had my coffee today and I keep thinking about it. Can you tell that I have coffee on the brain?

Well, I live in the sometimes cool, usually boring, rectum of Canada! (Just kidding, that's not actually what it's called,  but you know, super "important" officials and politicians refer to it that way, so why can't I?) Anyway, it's kind of a cool city. We have some nice views, and a lot of construction. I've lived here all my life, but I hope to venture out of this city and live all over the place. I'm crossing my fingers that for the next two summers I'll be living in Toronto, and that the year after that I'll be living in France and teaching English. After France, I'd like to explore a little more before I come home. I mean, you're only young once, right?

I have lived in the same house my entire life, all twenty years of it. Ontario, Canada, for the win. I love Canada. I'm hoping to be in Toronto this summer and next and France the year after that and Spain after that and Italy after that...but right now, I go home to sleep in the same bedroom I've always slept in. I'm super excited for when I come back from my world adventures and have my own space. My house will be super cool.

So, I'm in a very lame-spiring mood and I don't want to say I'll never do anything, but I mean these are the things that are probably pretty unlikely in my life

1. Eat a spider. Or any gross insect for that matter. Those bug lollipop things, ew. God, need I say more? Nope, nah, never. 
2. Tightrope walk. That just seems needlessly dangerous and I have bad knees. 
3. Forget sunscreen. (This isn't true; it'll happen.)
4. Camp by myself in the middle of nowhere. I watch Criminal Minds, okay. 
5. I will never allow anyone ever to touch my neck. Seriously. Plz don't.
6. Go to space. I mean, I'd like too. I just don't have like 20 million laying around. 
7. Mess with a ouija board
8. Go to a cemetery at  night. I'm not about that ghost life, man. 
9. Go to a World Cup. Way too many people and way too little interest in soccer. 
10. I will not eat Rooster testicles in Taiwan. (I looked up a list of 100 things to do before you die for some inspiration... it worked) 

What about you guys?

1. Juggle...I just can't do it.
2. Ride a unicycle...I can hardly ride a normal bike.
3. finish this list.   Apparently I did that...work in a McDonalds. I'd fail miserably.
4. Walk on water...I'm not Jesus.
5. Let a boy hit me without getting hit back, twice as hard.
6. Practice sword swallowing...who ever thought it was a good idea?
7. Wear heels voluntarily.
8. Own a cat...I have allergies.
9. Swim in the Detroit river...again.
10. Have a pet unicorn...but I wish.

I freaking hate it when authors add more books to a series. Nope. If you say it's a trilogy, write it as a trilogy, and then add more books you're gonna make me mucho angry. (I'm looking at you Kiera Cass) But I mean, I'll still buy and read them so who is the real loser here?

I firmly believe that being in a relationship requires a reason and that you actually, really like the person. Being lonely is not a good reason, neither is wanting sex. He should never hit you or yell at you. You should never hit or yell at him. You should support each other. Also, most importantly, you are worth something without a guy. You don't need a guy. Travel. Spend time alone. Get to know yourself before you get to know somebody else. Do amazing, cool, and exciting things. Don't rush into a relationship because you're scared. This annoys me to no end.
Also, the NDP should have won the last Canadian election, I don't care what anybody says.
Also, texting is a wonderful tool for this generation.

Oh Lordy Lord, the concerts I've been too... this is going to take some serious brain racking. The most recent concerts I've been to are One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer. I went to both their Toronto shows, and I know y'all are incredibly jealous. (Jealous/judging, two of the same right?) Other concerts I've been too are Coldplay and Marina and The Diamonds who performed together. Coldplay was amazing and I would go back tomorrow if I could. I've been to Hedley multiple times (they play a lot of free shows around where I live). I've seen Our Lady Peace and Theory of a Deadman. Shania Twain (holy crap, she was good), Hilary Duff, Jann Arden, Lifehouse and some French dude you probably haven't heard of. I'm 110% positive there are more people that I'm just not thinking of right now, so these are the one's that stand out! Have any of you seen these concerts? Maybe we were at the same show!

I'm pathetic. I've mostly been to Christian concerts. I've been to rock and rap and pop and countryish christian concerts. I usually end up going through the church youth group. It's fine though because I've met a lot of the groups I listen to then. This includes one of my favourite bands with I met at Winter Jam in Detroit last February. I almost fainted. They were so nice and shook my hand and talked with me. It was magnificent. I've also been to see Finger Eleven and Scotty Mccreery and Jimmy Buffet (twice). Also, Robert Munsch did a live reading which I count as a concert. I'm sure there are more but I'm having a massive brain fart.

This week's topic is: Halloween 
I've never really been a Halloween fanatic. Halloween was kinda always just a night. I didn't even have that cool of costumes, like ever. I just remember I loved my neighbourhood because they gave out king sized candy bars. And we would all trick or treat together with a pizza party to finish it off. Hasn't happened in a few years, but apparently this year, Kelsey and I are going to have a super awesometastic Halloween movie party. So, that's a thing. I don't know. I guess in my head, Halloween is just an excuse to buy candy (which I really really don't need) and watch movies with friends, which is pretty cool I suppose.

I used to work a haunted forest for the three weeks before Halloween. I liked doing that a lot. a few years ago I have a full on meltdown because I realized that I was an adult and that I couldn't go out for Halloween and I didn't want to go to any parties (that isn't really my thing) and that I couldn't even dress up and hand out candy (not that we get any more than three kids at our house) because I had to be in school and I cried and I was very upset. It was awful...just like that sentence. So, for the last three years, I've had night classes on Halloween. This is the first year I haven't and I'm happy about it but I'm even more of an adult now. I'll probably watch a few fake scary movies (Young Frankenstein, for the win) and wear one of my pretty masquerade masks.
